Meet Ciara and Chloe

The beginning of our story

We have both had a great love for dancing since we were very young, and both attended dance lessons before choosing to study Dance through school and college at Thornleigh. We lived and breathed dance at Thornleigh, and took part in every dance show, performance and event that we possibly could. We also built really good relationships with our dance teachers there, and we couldn't do what we do today without them!

Studying a Dance Degree

We couldn't imagine studying anything else at University, and we absolutely loved our course at the University of Chester. The course was Contemporary based, but we also studied Urban and Street styles which we looked forward to every week. After 3 years of extremely hard work, we both achieved First class degrees and graduated in November 2019. Another huge highlight for us was competing in University dance competitions across the country, where we competed in Advanced Hip Hop and Contemporary teams!

Our Dream to Dance

In March 2019 we decided that we wanted to make our dream a reality. We always imagined having our own dance school, where the classes are all about having fun no matter what ability/gender you are. We started to design and plan everything over the next 4 months and officially opened in July 2019, based at Thornleigh where our journey began. Dream to Dance is now a safe and friendly place where anyone with a dream to dance can come along to learn fun routines and techniques, and make friends for life.
